Ingredients

  • 2 20-oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 large green peppers, sliced into bite-sized strips

Method

  1. Combine pineapples, peppers, and sausage chunks in slow cooker.
  2. Pour barbecue sauce over mixture and stir.
  3. Cover and cook on High 3 hours, or on Low 6 hours, or until dish is heated through.
