Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 apples, peeled and sli

Method

  1. Brown loose sausage in skillet, breaking up chunks of meat with a wooden spoon. Drain.
  2. Layer sausage, sweet potatoes, and apples in slow cooker.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 4 hours.
