  • 2 cups cubed, peeled sweet potatoes

Method

  1. Combine vegetables in slow cooker.
  2. Place ring of sausage on top.
  3. Add apple juice and apple slices.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 2 hours and on Low 4 hours, or until vegetables are tender. Do not stir.
  5. To serve, remove sausage ring. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar as desired. Place vegetables in bowl. Slice meat into rings and place on t
