Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. small potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into ¼-

Method

  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Add sausage.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, soup, and salad dressing mix until smooth. Pour over potatoes and sausage.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring half-way through cooking time if you’re home. Stir again before serving.
