  • lbs. Italian sausage, cut in ¾-inch slices
  • 2 tbsp.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on Low 7½–9½ hours, or on High 4½ hours.
  3. Stir in uncooked rice. Cover and cook an additional 20 minutes on High or Low.
