Ingredients

  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except rice and shredded cheese in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 4–6 hours.
  3. Serve over rice. Garnish with shredded cheese, if you wish.
