  • 1 lb. sausage (regular, turkey, or smoked)
  • 4 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed

Method

  1. Slice sausage into 1½-inch pieces. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Add cooked vegetables. Pour tomato sauce over top.
  3. Sprinkle with onion powder and pepper. Stir.
  4. Cook on High 3–4 hours, or on Low 8–10 hours.
