  • 32-oz. bag sauerkraut, rinsed
  • ¼-½ cup brown sugar
  • 1

Method

  1. Combine sauerkraut and brown sugar in slow cooker.
  2. Remove casing from bologna and cut into ¼-inch slices. Add to sauerkraut. Stir.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
