Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. red snapper fillets
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 large

Method

  1. Rinse snapper and pat dry. Place in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 2–3 hours, being careful not to overcook the fish.
