Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 tsp. curry

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 2–3 hours.
  3. Ten minutes before serving, stir in sour cream.
  4. Serve over rice or puff pastry.
