Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. oil, if needed
- ½ lb.
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet, in oil if needed. Reserve drippings and transfer meat to slow cooker.
- Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic until onions are transparent. Add to slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to cooker. Mix well.
- Cover. Cook on Low 6 hours.
- Serve with pasta and garlic bread.
