Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves

Method

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion becomes very soft (about 10 minutes).
  2. Combine all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. Add parsley. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked noodles.
