Ingredients

  • 3 15-oz. cans chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Combine broth, cumin, chili powder, and garlic in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High until mixture comes to boil.
  3. Add pasta, vegetables, and beans. Stir together well.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
  5. Add parsley or cilantro before serving.
