Ingredients

  • 16-oz. bag baby carrots
  • 4 ribs celery, chunked
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Method

  1. Combine carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, basil, oregano, and salt in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 3–4 hours, or on Low 6–8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in pepper, cabbage, and broccoli.
  4. Cook 1 hour more on High, or 2 hours more on Low, stirring occasionally. You may need to add a little water if there is not liquid left on the veg
