Ingredients

  • 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Method

  1. Place frozen broccoli in colander. Run cold water over it until it thaws. Separate into pieces. Drain well.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl and mix until well blended. Stir in broccoli. Pour into slow cooker sprayed with fat-free cooking spray.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 1 hour. Stir well, then resume cooking on Low 2–4 hours.
