Ingredients

  • 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen cauliflower, thawed
  • salt and pepper
  • 10¾-oz

Method

  1. Place cauliflower in slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with bacon.
  3. Cover and cook on High 1½ hours, or on Low 4–5 hours, or until cauliflower is tender.
