- 16-oz. pkg. frozen baby carrots
- ¼ cup apple cider or apple juice
Method
- Put carrots and apple juice in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High 2–3 hours, until carrots are tender.
- Blend jelly and mustard together in a small bowl.
- During the last 45 minutes of cooking time, after carrots are tender, stir in blended apple jelly and mustard. Continue to heat until steaming hot.
