Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, each cut in half
  • ½ Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Place tomato halves in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Drizzle oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 45 minutes–1 hour.
