Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 large red bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 large green bell peppers, chopped

Method

  1. Sauté onions and peppers in oil in skillet until soft. Stir in mushrooms and garlic. Sauté just until mushrooms begin to turn brown. Pour into slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
