Ingredients

  • 8–10 large mushrooms
  • ¼ tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Method

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and dice.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Sauté diced stems with garlic until softened. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. Stir in seasonings and cheese. Stuff into mushroom shells. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Cover. Heat on Low 2–4 hours.
