Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup oil

Method

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in oil in skillet.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 4 hours.
  4. This is a flavorful sauce for eating over pasta or baked potatoes. Serve with French bread and a tossed salad.
