Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 large garlic cloves, minced

Method

  1. Turn slow cooker on High for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour oil into slow cooker and add remaining ingredients except parsley and fresh basil.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 2 hours, then on Low 4–5 hours.
  4. Stir in fresh basil. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
