Ingredients

  • 6–8 green peppers
  • 1–2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped

Method

  1. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds.
  2. Combine ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and egg. Tear bread into small pieces. Add to ground beef mixture. Stuff into peppers.
  3. Form remaining meat into oblong shape. Place meatloaf and peppers into slow cooker. Pour in tomatoes.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6–12 hours, or on High 4–5 hours.
