Ingredients

  • 4–6 artichokes
  • 1–1½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Method

  1. Wash and trim artichokes. Cut off about 1 inch from top. If you wish, trim tips of leaves. Stand chokes upright in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle each choke with ¼ tsp. salt and
