Ingredients
- 15 medium potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, diced fine
Method
- Peel and quarter potatoes. Place in slow cooker. Barely cover with water.
- Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours. Drain water.
- Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Cover. Heat on Low 4–6 hours.
- Sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes before serving.
