Ingredients

  • 15 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced fine

Method

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes. Place in slow cooker. Barely cover with water.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours. Drain water.
  3. Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Cover. Heat on Low 4–6 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes before serving.
