  • 5 lbs. potatoes
  • 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Method

  1. Cook and mash potatoes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except butter. Put in slow cooker. Dot with butter.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 2 hours.
