Ingredients

  • 6–8 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2–3 Tbsp. butter

Method

  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker.
  2. Fill cooker with hot water. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cover and cook on High 4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. While potatoes are cooking, melt butter. Continue melting until butter browns, but does not burn. (Watch carefully!) Stir in cornflakes. Set aside.
  5. Drain potatoes. Spoon buttered cornflakes ov
