Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced raw potatoes, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 ts

Method

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Put half of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle half over top of potatoes.
  4. Repeat layering.
  5. Pour milk over all. Dot with butter.
  6. Cover and cook on High 2 hours.
