Ingredients

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 10¾-oz. can light condensed cheddar cheese soup

Method

  1. Heat milk in small saucepan over medium heat until small bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove from heat.
  2. Add soup, cream cheese, garlic, nutmeg, and pepper to pan. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spray inside of slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. Layer one-quarter of potatoes and onions on bottom of slow cooker.
