Ingredients

  • ¼ lb. bacon, diced and browned until crisp
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 6–8 medium potatoe

Method

  1. Layer half of bacon, onions, potatoes, and cheese in greased slow cooker. Season to taste.
  2. Dot with butter. Repeat layers.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 3–4 hours, or until potatoes are soft.
