Ingredients

  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • tsp.

Method

  1. Sauté onion in butter in skillet. Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.
  2. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Do not press down.
  3. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
  5. Toss potatoes with a large spoon when ready to serve.
