  • 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into ½-inch wedges or strips

Method

  1. Layer potatoes, onion, butter, and oregano in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on High 4 hours, or until potatoes are tender but not dry or mushy.
  3. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
