Ingredients

  • 6–7 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, onions, and celery in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine water, vinegar, sugar, tapioca, salt, celery seed, and black pepper.
  3. Pour over potatoes. Mix together gently.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours, or on High 3–4 hours.
  5. Stir in bacon and parsley just before serving.
