  • 3 tart cooking apples, peeled and diced

Method

  1. Cook sweet potatoes in a small amount of water in a saucepan until almost soft. Drain.
  2. Combine sweet potatoes, apples, and pineapples in slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cup marshmallows.
