Ingredients

  • 8–10 medium sweet potatoes
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Method

  1. Cook sweet potatoes in 2–3-inches water in a large saucepan until barely soft. Drain. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice into slow cooker.
  2. While potatoes are cooking in the saucepan, combine remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave on High for 1½ minutes. Stir. Repeat until glaze thickens slightly.
