Ingredients
- 8–10 medium sweet potatoes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¾ cup brown sugar
Method
- Cook sweet potatoes in 2–3-inches water in a large saucepan until barely soft. Drain. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice into slow cooker.
- While potatoes are cooking in the saucepan, combine remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on High for 1½ minutes. Stir. Repeat until glaze thickens slightly.
- Pour glaze over pe
