Ingredients

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes, cut in ½-inch-thick slices
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, and apple cider. Mix well. Pour over potatoes. Stir until all potato slices are covered.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 7–9 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in butter before serving.
