Ingredients

  • 1 cup minute rice, uncooked
  • 1-lb. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on High 3–4 hours, or until rice and broccoli are tender but not mushy or dry.
