Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
  • 8 slices day-old bread
  • 4 eggs

Method

  1. Prepare cornbread according to package instructions.
  2. Crumble cornbread and bread together.
  3. In large bowl combine all ingredients except butter and spoon into 6-quart greased slow cooker, or 2 smaller cookers. Dot top with butter.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 2–4 hours, or on Low 3–8 hours.
