Ingredients

  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, divided
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method

  1. In nonstick skillet, melt 2 Tbsp. of butter. Sauté walnuts over medium heat until toasted, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add onions and cook 3–4 minutes, or until almost tender. Set aside.<
