Ingredients

  • 8–10 tart apples
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. minute tapioca

Method

  1. Pare and core apples. Cut into eighths lengthwise and place in slow cooker.
  2. Mix together sugar, tapioca, candy, and water. Pour over apples.
  3. Cook on High 3–4 hours.
  4. Serve hot or cold. Top with whipped cream.
