Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon poppy seed bread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ozs. ligh

Method

  1. Combine first four ingredients until well moistened. Spread in lightly greased slow cooker.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour boiling mixture over batter.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 2–2½ hours. Edges will be slightly brown. Turn heat off and leave in cooker for 30 minutes with cover slightly ajar.
