  • tsp. salt
  • ½ cup

Method

  1. Cut rhubarb into ½-inch thick slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients except baking soda in slow cooker. Cook on Low 4–5 hours. Stir in baking soda.
  3. Serve chilled.
