  • 2 quarts apple cider
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

Method

  1. Pour cider into slow cooker. Stir in brown sugar.
  2. Place cinnamon sticks and cloves in cheesecloth and tie with string to form a bag. Float in slow cooker.
  3. Add fruit slices on top.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 2–5 hours. Remove spice bag. Stir before serving.
