Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 3 1-inch-squares fresh gingerroot, sliced

Method

  1. Place water and gingerroot in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 2 hours, then on Low 2–4 hours.
  3. Add sugar or honey and sliced orange 1 hour before serving.
