We adore growing peppers of all types, from hot to sweet, and use the varieties we cultivate to make many value-added products, from powders to hot sauces. Our poblano plants are among our most prolific pepper plants, and we typically enjoy the peppers right off the plant, simply prepared. They are also the earliest to arrive, ready for picking in July, while we must wait until mid-September for other peppers.
