In India, bread is a very popular accompaniment to curry. It is used for scooping up the lovely sauces and chutneys. Flavored with spinach, this bread makes a colorful and simple snack.
Toast the cumin seeds in a dry skillet for a few seconds, then grind them lightly with the back of a spoon to break them up.
Mix together the cumin, spinach, flour, and salt to taste and add water a little at a time to make a dough. Divide the dough into 6 separate balls and roll each flat with a rolling pin into a disk.
