Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, halved
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and quartered

Method

Steel Blade: Process onion and apple until finely minced, 6 to 8 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add sardines. Process about 6 seconds longer. Moisten bread with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Add chunks of bread along with remaining ingredients. Process 8 to 10 seconds longer, until blended. Refrigerate.
