Method

steel blade: Coarsely chop onion using quick on/off pulses. Heat butter in nonstick skillet and sauté onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until moisture has evaporated. Process dill with Parmesan cheese until fine. Add cottage or ricotta cheese and eggs; process until well mixed. Add spinach mixture and process with several on/offs, just until mixed. Season to taste.
