Mashed Yellow Pea Soup

This very easy and delicious soup was served frequently when I was a child, but I hated it. I was always punished because I refused to eat it. Now I love it and make it all the time. I serve it with fresh Country Bread and feta cheese or with Salted Sardines or any other kind of cured fish.
