Barbecue Bananas with Passion Fruit Cream

This is the simplest barbecue pudding there is. Sling the bananas on the barbie and let the heat do the work. If you don’t like passion fruit (or think they’re a bit expensive), then slit the bananas down their tummies and spoon on sweetened cream (maybe with a bit of rum added) and grated chocolate. Hot banana and cold cream is fabulocious.
